Western Heights Netball Tournament !!!

After alot of fundraising, our netball team and two basketball teams went down to Rotorua on the weekend to compete in the Western Heights Tournament. Over the weekend our team played nine games and only lost three of them. Over all I think we came either third or fourth.

We stayed at one of the fourteen Top Ten Holiday Spots which was at the Blue Lake in Rotorua. There was no phone service there which was the only bad thing about it!!




















This picture is of our team standing in the lake!! =] We didn't get to go swimming because it was REALLY cold and also we weren't allowed.


In the morning when we left to go to our games the lake was so smooth, clear and glossy and it looked so nice to swim in!




We had so much fun and we probably had the most fun when we were driving to our games in the van. We were being very sensible and pulling faces and yelling crazy stuff out the window to people!! It was so funny watching people's reactions and stuff.






















This one's of me catching the ball with my partener jumping on me! She didn't even get pulled up for that because the ref was biased and was on thier side. We won in this game anyway but we could have won by more if we had a good ref!!
